As part of efforts to promote teamwork, collaboration, and staff well-being, Emery Invest organizes quarterly staff bonding sessions designed to give employees an opportunity to step away from their routine work schedules, connect with colleagues, relax, and build stronger workplace relationships.
The second quarter staff bonding session was filled with excitement, creativity, and laughter as employees participated in a fun-filled Sip and Paint activity.
The activity provided staff with a platform to unwind while exploring their creative abilities. Employees were tasked with creating beautiful designs using carefully selected colour combinations, turning the session into a memorable experience of creativity, relaxation, and interaction.
Beyond the fun and entertainment, the initiative reflects Emery Invest’s commitment to employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and strengthening the bonds among its team members.
The occasion also provided an opportunity to recognize and appreciate some hardworking staff members for their dedication and commitment to duty.
In addition, employees who celebrated their birthdays during the second quarter of the year, from April to June, were celebrated and joined in a special cake-cutting ceremony as part of the bonding activities.
