Helena Dodoo-Ankrah, is a seasoned HR and Operations Strategist with over a decade of leadership experience spanning construction, IT, hospitality, real estate, and media.
At Emery Invest, she provides strategic leadership for all operational functions, human resources, and administration across all business units, aligning people, systems, and processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.
She partners directly with the Group CEO and executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans that enhance organizational performance, strengthen governance, and support innovation. Her expertise includes organizational design, talent management, performance optimization, and governance advisory, making her a key driver of Emery Invest’s operational excellence and growth agenda.
Helena holds an LLB, an MSc in Business Decision Management from Coventry University, an EMBA in Corporate Governance & Leadership, and other certifications. She is also SPHRi-certified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) and the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP).
